Troubleshooting
Symptom-first answers for when a raffle does not behave.
First, set general.debug: true in config.yml and run
/welcomeraffle reload. The console then logs every raffle that opens,
every entry, and why a player was turned away. Switch it off again
afterwards.

with /version TDXWelcomeRaffle and the console lines around a raffle
with general.debug switched on.
