- Keywords match anywhere in a message or as a whole word, with or without case
- One online entrant is drawn and gets a random prize from
rewards.yml, with each prize's chance compared with the others - The winner is announced to the entrants, the entrants and the newcomer, or everyone
- Fair play: same-IP block, minimum playtime and a cap on open raffles
