Symptom-first answers for the bugs that actually come up in production.
This page is organised by symptom, not by feature. Find the bullet that matches what you're seeing, follow the steps, and if none of them fit, open a thread in the TDX Discord.
First — collect the basics
Before debugging anything, run these and have the output ready:
/lbadmin status
/lbadmin version
/version TDXLeaderboardsstatus reports your storage backend, row counts, current period
number, and the last reset time. version confirms which build you're
on. Most "is this a bug?" questions are answered just by these.
Common symptoms
Still stuck? Drop into the #leaderboards-support channel on the
TDX Discord with the output of
/lbadmin status, /lbadmin version, and the relevant lines of
latest.log. Most issues get resolved in one back-and-forth.
